Choking Hazard.

Did anyone else see this before and after on the Contemporist? The owner, Tyler Gourley who saw the potential in this house and led the remodel, is a GENIUS. The fireplace!?!...I die (sorry, too much Rachel Zoe).

Um, I almost just choked (this post really is hazardous to my health). It's listed for $699,000. I guess that's what happens when you don't live in the San Francisco. Sometimes I forgot people have homes with yards and three bedrooms and two car garages and swimming pools.
